Another poignant love story from Uday K Mehta! He knows what the family audience wants. He does not allow the director to test the patience of audience.  It is a major leap for action director Anil Kumar to family subject. It is not that easy for ‘Krishna and Rukmini’ marriage. The wide angle shots of Jagadish Wali and Sridhar Sambram two songs makes you sit through. It is simple Krishna and submissive Rukku (at places) who steal your hearts in this simple film.

Krishna and Rukku are relatives. They fight like how Ganesh and Amoolya fought in Shravani Subramanya, Sooraj Gowda and Amoolya picked up quarrels in recent release ‘Madhuveya Mamateya Kareyole’. Yet the original film ‘Uyyala Jampala’ says what to do for director. So the quarrel of Krishna and Rukku reaches peak.
